PG , do you know why , scattered throughout the early '80's , there are quite a few shows only available as AUD's ? It's not a time you would think they were thinking of 'View ft Vault , RT , ect . For this late in their history , to have this many AUD only sources is odd .

I've heard two things: they were recording on standard Maxell cassette during these years, and many tapes did not survive; lots of the early 80's disappeared from the Vault in the mid- or late 80's

I always like to mention this one (my all time fave) b/c it seems to slip under the radar:

Jerry just sustains an amazing serpentine gritty guitar line throughout and it's a version w/no flaws, lyrics or otherwise. Pretty good-sounding AUD as well, altho' I do wish there was a SBD version.
